Lemme says Mannatech reinforces its culture with its employees. “We really try to build into the corporate understanding and awareness that every employee is advancing a global mission,” he says. Not only do the employees undergo general training, but strategic and project training, as well. “We have more than 470,000 active associates that we’re supplying this product to,” Lemme says, adding that Mannatech is devoted to encouraging its independent associates’ confidence in the product.

For associates, Lemme says Mannatech looks for people who are open to the changing marketplace. “We are looking for anyone who is sensitive to the changing world of physiological challenges and the quest for a better quality of life,” he says.
